This three-hour training provides participants with basic principles for facilitating bringing the match to closure in a way that affirms the contributions of the mentor and mentee, and offers them the opportunity to prepare for the closure and assess the experience.

Levels of Membership
- Gold Affiliate Members are formal youth mentoring programs or organizations that successfully complete the requirements of the National Quality Mentoring System and have been awarded the NQMS seal. Gold Affiliate Members agree to fulfill the obligations outlined in the Affiliate Membership Agreement and complete an annual membership update and renewal.
- A Silver Affiliate Member is a formal youth mentoring program or organization in operation for a minimum of twelve (12) months with adult to youth matches that have met for one cycle of the program's designated minimum match duration. Silver Affiliate Members are actively engaged in completing the National Quality Mentoring System. Silver Affiliate Members must complete the NQMS within one calendar year or will be returned to the Bronze Affiliate Member level.
- A Bronze Affiliate Member is a non-profit youth serving organization, mentoring program, service organization, faith-based organization, educational institution, cultural institution, institution of higher education, foundation, or other non-profit entity with a demonstrated commitment to youth mentoring as a direct service provider or strategic partner who helps with mentor referrals. A Bronze Affiliate Member may apply to become a Silver Affiliate Member at any time in consultation with MENTOR Memphis Grizzlies staff.
